7:30 pm to 9 pm - Therapeutic Yoga
These trauma-sensitive sessions are focused on self care to befriend
the body and listen to its deeper wisdom. Kathleen leads a well balanced
class of invitations for exploration: you choose to accept / decline based on your genuine needs (not what you "could do" or "should do").
A variety of healing tools are offered based on the collective energy of the group, including: breathwork, mindful movement, hand gestures, self-created sound, and sonic tools for meditation.
Counsel + Ceremony
Benefit from a listening presence that is free of judgment and receive guidance from a holistic perspective. Learn to integrate empowering daily self-care practices and honour significant transitions and changes with ceremony. Sessions may include healing arts from a variety of traditions.
