I offer custom sessions on a sliding scale from $60-100 per session. Please connect if funds are limited and you want to work together.

The therapeutic components of all offerings relate to my designation as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with the International Association of Yoga Therapists not my status with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500). Please consult a family physician for ongoing issues.

Meditation and Mindful Movement (1:1 or Group)

Sessions begin with stillness and body sensing. Options are offered for a gentle moving meditation that draws on focused attention meditation (the breath or another anchor bringing attention back to presence when the mind wanders) and Mindful Self-Compassion. Everything is an invitation to explore, you can accept or decline in the moment.

Yoga Therapy (1:1 or Group)

This process can be beneficial for everything from the stress of daily living to unresolved trauma. Instead of offering a diagnosis, treating symptoms and attempting to cure, the goal of Yoga Therapy is to facilitate deeper integration. This collaborative process is based on the development of a therapeutic plan that addresses client intentions and conditions.

Integrative Restoration (iRest) and Meditation Dyads (1:1 or Group)

iRest is a 10-step trauma-informed protocol and meditative practice that promotes resilience. It is a modern adaptation of the ancient Tantric practice of Yoga Nidra. Studies indicate that iRest is effective in addressing post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety and depression. This practice helps us connect with a somatic sense of well-being no matter what is happening.

Rituals for Resilience (Group)

A supportive container for turbulent times. On any given day, the inner and outer storms can hit hard. Remember that you can build the stability and strength required to weather any storm. Sessions are focused on inner cultivation and giving yourself the medicine you need. Through discussion, body-centered practices and reflection, you'll develop a practical yet transformational skill set. This is an opportunity to slow down, tend to your own well, and envision a more just and beautiful world.

Mentorship on Trauma-Informed Practice (1:1)

Available upon request to assist individuals in developing a trauma-informed lens and integrating practices that support us in building capacity for regulation and resilience, and weaving these tools into work and home life. I often collaborate with educators, coaches, facilitators, and wellness practitioners to provide guidance in offering anti-oppressive and trauma-aware care.
