Sessions weave together trauma-informed tools and embodiment exercises to cultivate resilience. By practicing "little and often", we build capacity to meet life and tend to the collective nervous system. I create custom offerings on a sliding scale from $60-100 per hour for individuals and $80-120 for organizations. I'm committed to accessibility, so reach out if funds are limited. Movement & Meditation

This integrative approach begins with orienting, grounding, and centering to build capacity and feel well-resourced. Depending on needs and interests, we link breath and movement in a gentle way. I integrate various forms of meditation, including mindful self-compassion, and guided meditation with Mantra (the self-created sound of seed syllables) and Mudra (seals of energy formed by hand gestures) to create coherence on all dimensions of being.

Rituals for Resilience 

A supportive container for turbulent times. On any given day, the inner and outer storms can hit hard. Remember that you can build the stability and strength required to weather any storm. Sessions are focused on inner cultivation and giving yourself the medicine you need. Through discussion, body-centered practices and reflection, you'll develop a practical yet transformational skill set. This is an opportunity to slow down, tend to your own well, and envision a more just and beautiful world.

Integrative Yoga Therapy 

Yoga Therapy is beneficial for people meeting a range of challenges: from the stress of daily living to anxiety and depression to unresolved trauma. Instead of offering a diagnosis, treating symptoms and attempting to cure, the goal of Yoga Therapy is to facilitate deeper integration. This collaborative process is based on the development of a therapeutic plan that addresses your intentions, requirements, and any limitations or conditions.

iRest® Yoga Nidra and Co-Meditation Dyads

iRest is a 10-step trauma-sensitive protocol and meditative self-inquiry that promotes resilience. It is a modern adaptation of the ancient Tantric practice of Yoga Nidra. Studies indicate that iRest is effective in addressing post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety and depression. This practice helps us connect with a somatic sense of well-being no matter what is happening.

Mentorship on Trauma-Informed Practice

Available upon request to assist individuals in developing a trauma-informed lens and integrating practices that support us in building capacity for regulation and resilience, and weaving these tools into work and home life. I often collaborate with educators, coaches, facilitators, and wellness practitioners to provide guidance in offering anti-oppressive and trauma-aware care.
